CONVENOR

INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER

Professor Christopher Eden is a renowned Consultant Urological Surgeon at London Bridge Hospital and Professor of Urology at the University of Surrey. He specialises in prostate cancer, with a focus on da Vinci robotic surgery.
Prof Eden pioneered several groundbreaking procedures, including the UK's first laparoscopic pyeloplasty (1994), radical prostatectomy (2000), robotic Retzius-sparing radical prostatectomy (2016) and Single Port robotic radical prostatectomy (2024). He has performed over 5,000 minimal access urological procedures and published extensively on laparoscopic and robotic urology with a patient-first approach. He has recently moved all of his da Vinci Xi procedures to da Vinci SP.
